I always enjoy engagement sessions and have so many great clients, but this shoot was extra special for me because it is of my little sister and soon-to-be brother-in-law. These two mean so much to me and I’m thankful to be such close friends with both of them.
After over three years of long distance dating, Josh was finally able to move to Canada (you know that’s true love when he trades the beautiful scenery and weather of Pennsylvania for the barren, frozen Manitoban prairie.)
We lucked out and had the most perfect snowfall for this shoot. There’s no controlling or predicting Manitoban weather, but winter can actually be very beautiful. And I love the cozy atmosphere this cabin and the fireplace add to the photos.
